We are offering community groups and clubs a great way to attract new members, keep current members well-informed and save valuable time. For just $30 a year a group can have its own web page and a listing in your community directory at Heartland.

And just like businesses, your groups will be able to change their web page and upload files too. These features can be very useful for community groups and clubs. For example:

your local rugby club could publish its team selection, fixture details and maps. That would save organisers having to phone everyone as club members could get that information themselves whenever they want.
your garden group could advertise the next monthly event and, with automated email alerts, members would be emailed when their club page changes, prompting them to check out when and where it is.

your Council liaison group could publish minutes of meetings and call for submissions for the next meetings agenda.

Groups and clubs can also advertise their meetings or events on your community's Events Noticeboard.

By centralising information, and making use of the alert facility, both your Secretary and members can save time.

Your Secretary only has to make the changes and/or upload documents once, instead of emailing them to every member - not easy on rural internet lines!

Your members can then choose to download the information when it is convenient, instead of having it clog up their email.

Easier all round!
